How long delivery takes

• Domestic (US): typically a few business days after dispatch, following an order processing period.
• International: substantially longer, depending on destination and customs clearance.
• Subscription orders: a fresh bottle dispatches on each monthly billing cycle until you cancel.

Your confirmation email

Immediately after checkout, ClickBank sends a confirmation email containing your order number. This email is the single most important thing to keep — you need the order number to track, cancel, or refund. If it has not arrived:

• Check spam, junk and promotions folders.
• Search your inbox for “ClickBank” or “CLKBANK” rather than the product name.
• Confirm you did not mistype your email address at checkout.
• Add the sender to your safe-senders list so shipping notifications are not filtered.

   If you cannot locate the order number, the lookup also accepts your email address plus the last four digits of the card used.

3. View order status and shipping details

   Dispatch status and any tracking number issued for your shipment appear here.

If your parcel has not arrived

Check the tracking number first, then confirm the delivery address on your order record. Parcels are occasionally left with neighbours or in a safe place without an update posting immediately. If tracking shows no movement well beyond the expected window, contact ClickBank with your order number.

International duties and taxes

Import duties, taxes and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Where applicable, these are the buyer’s responsibility and are collected by your local customs authority, not by the vendor or by ClickBank.
