The manufacturer’s stated return policy

The 20, LLC states that if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the unused portion within 364 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping and handling. This is an unusually long window for a supplement.

Two refund routes, and why the distinction matters

ClickBank is the retailer of record. That creates two overlapping paths:

• Within ClickBank’s own refund window — requesting through ClickBank is normally the fastest route, because ClickBank processes the refund directly against the original payment method.
• Beyond ClickBank’s window, up to 364 days — you are relying on the vendor’s own return policy, which requires returning the unused product with an RMA number.

ClickBank’s standard window is considerably shorter than 364 days. If you are close to the edge of it and unsure, contact ClickBank first and ask them to confirm your options before the window closes.

How to cancel the monthly subscription

1. Find your order number

   It is in the confirmation email sent when you ordered. Search your inbox, spam and promotions folders for “ClickBank” or “CLKBANK”.

2. Go to clkbank.com

   Use the ClickBank customer order lookup with your order number and the email address you used at checkout. If you cannot find the order number, the lookup also works with your email address and the last four digits of the payment card.

3. Cancel the recurring subscription

   Select the subscription and cancel it. Do this before your next billing date — cancelling after a charge has processed does not automatically reverse that charge.

4. Keep the confirmation

   Save the cancellation confirmation email. It is your evidence if a further charge appears.

How to return product to the vendor

For returns under the 364-day policy you must obtain an RMA number from the vendor before shipping anything back. Returns are sent to:

Do not ship a return without an RMA number — unidentified returns are difficult to match to an order. Retain your tracking number.

What is and is not refunded

• Refunded: the purchase price of the unused portion.
• Not refunded: shipping and handling charges, including the initial $4.95 shipping fee.
• Your cost: return postage, unless the vendor states otherwise.
• International orders: import duties and taxes already paid are generally not recoverable from the vendor.

Timeline

Once a refund is approved, funds typically return to the original payment method within several business days, though your bank or card issuer may take longer to display it. If a refund has not appeared after a reasonable period, contact ClickBank with your order number rather than disputing with your bank first — a chargeback is slower and can complicate the process.

A note on timing

If you claimed the free bottle purely to test the product, set a calendar reminder a few days before your next billing date. The cancellation process is straightforward; missing the date is the only thing that makes it expensive.
